Golam Mortuza is SWZ Construction Managing Partner. He started working in Hyundai Cement (BD) Ltd in 1995 to June, 1996 as a Mechanical Supervisor. In July-1996, he joined in Al-Yusar Tounsand and Bottom Company Ltd. As a Mechanical Supervisor in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

After that he was joined to Project Manager at M/S. SAS CORPORATION. He Successfully Completed the Ishurdi – Bharamara – Khulna 230Kv Transmission Line (Part 01) 47.00 KM (2005 to 2007). In this period, he was responsible for Construction of Warid Telecom projects (Total 27 Sites) done by the company.

In 2013 to 2020 He has successfully completed 400Kv Bibiyana-Kaliakoir Transmission Line, 132Kv Kaliakoir-Dhamrai DC Transmission Line, Construction of New Road and Box Culvert at Kalshi-Mirpur, Construction of New Road and Box Culvert at Mohammedpur Link Road, 400Kv Tripura-Comilla Transmission Line, 132Kv Comilla South S/S to Comilla North S/S Transmission Line, Construction of Shanik Barak & MES Barak at Ramu Cantonment, 400Kv Ashuganj-Bhulta Transmission Line, 132Kv Rangamati-Khagrachari Transmission Line, Construction of Road & RCC Box Culvert at Ramu Cantonment, 230Kv Payra-Patuakhali Transmission Line, 230Kv Hathazari-Sikalbaha Transmission Line, 400Kv Madunaghat-Meghnaghat Transmission Line Project.

In 2020 He is working 400Kv Madunaghat-Matarbari Transmission Line, 230Kv Madunaghat Old New Connecting Transmission Line, Construction of Patiya Pump Station, 400Kv Ghorashal-Tongi Transmission Line, 132Kv Hathazari-Sitakundu Transmission Line on his ongoing project.

He Completed B.Com Pass, National University, Bangladesh (1995).

Sheikh Mohammad Osman Gani is SWZ Construction Partner. He was working in a multinational Telecommunication company, ORASINVEST (BD) Ltd. a sister concern of Orascom Telecom Since 2005 till now, designated as PROJECT MANAGER. In this period he has successfully finished 13 SDH, 7 BSC, 6 MSC, 270 Green Field & 480 Roof Top site equaling of BDT 1,977,000,000. (1 USD  68 BDT). He was nominated as the Best Employee in 2008.

Since joining SWZ, I have been working with the management team to build an AYTB ready to take on these challenges, add to our solid reputation and grow the company steadily.

He has completed his B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology. (BUET) in 2004.

He is fluent in Bangla and English.

Md. Shamim Ahmad is SWZ Construction Partner. He was working Since 1. Regional Coordinator, Telenor (Grameen Phone) Rollout Project By ERICSSON. (2003-2005)

2. Project Coordinator, Warid Phase 1 Project by ERICSSON.(FROM 2006-2008)

3. Site Manager (Site in-charge), Mohara & Kalurghat Water Treatment Plants Rehabilitation Project by Hyosung Goodsprings, Inc. KOREA. (FROM 2009-2011)

4. Deputy Project Manager, Kharnaphuli Water Supply Project, C-3 (Reservoir) by Kolon Global Corporation. KOREA (2011-2015)

5. Project Manager, Construction and Rehabilitation Works for Kalurghat Booster Pump Station (CWSISP/W-7) by Hyosung Goodsprings Inc. KOREA (2015-2016)
